      Pros

      An established company in Italy, very nice people to work with. Flexible entry and exit time (8.00-9.30 in the morning, 5.00p.m.-6.30pm in the evening)

      Cons

      No meritocracy: it will be easier to improve your career just because it is long time you work for the company than because you are good and skilled. Hard to learn anything new: only old technologies are used an no huge skill is required.

      Fully remote, overtime available often

      Manegement non existent, no way to contact managers, pay almost ofen delyaed, didn't pay me my accrued holiday pay after firing me - even though i contacted them and they didnt respond to my reported absecne
