- You will need to do a lot. Don't expect to do exactly what your 'job description' is. This is in many ways a Pro. - Work/Life balance is something you need to create. There is always more to do and no one will stop you from doing more.

There's a lot of opportunity for growth and a lot of opportunity to make money if you're willing to put in the time and effort.
