      Pros

      - the biggest Asian American/Asian ad agency (which is a very niche market) - has Fortune 500 clients - some ad agency perks, like nicer/more interesting work environment than traditional corporate - some great co-workers

      Cons

      - LOW PAY - low mobility - low morale - very political - managers don't help you grow - not transparent to employees, some things are even shady (i.e. all the positive reviews on the company were written on the same day, same time frame? just coincidence?)

      -Mostly great people to work with -ok benefits -fun projects with big accounts

      Cons

      -management is not transparent and heard lots of stories about executives/subordinates confrontations -highly favors people that've been around for long enough even though their work or knowledge isn't the strongest
