Terrible pay, sketchy work(almost positive it is violating all privacy laws, leads are terrible ( will throw you under the bus any chance they get to save their self even if it means lying), short breaks, pressure, high stress, almost impossible quotas, leads have favorites and give them easy cases, no room for growth, micromanaged, no vacation time, you get in trouble for calling in sick for yourself or to care for your sick kid, get in trouble for taking to long to go to the bathroom, high turn over rate and the list goes on and on.
