Big company can sometimes be bureaucracy

Great co-workers. Flexible project management. Everyone works hard as a team and supports each other. On-site management is exceptional. Very diverse work which is always interesting, exciting, and challanging.

Upper management (off-site) is not supportive of the location or people. They do not appear to care about the years of training and continuing education necesary to perform the job functions by treating experts in their fields as easily replaced drones. This includes the technicians which are also highly skilled and trained and could leave for 60% more pay elsewhere.
