Pros
Much needed changes have been implemented over the past two years. Change is hard, but this industry is changing constantly. The company is definitely willing to adjust to the changing market conditions. There is a lot of opportunity to step up and "own" some facet of the company.
Cons
The first few years here the company was very resistant to change, but that flipped. Some groups/teams are "overworked," but it's more due to finding the right skills than deliberate under staffing.
