Pros

I have had the privilege of growing within Intertape Polymer Group, starting in inside sales and progressing through several promotions to my current role in demand generation. This company excels in creating an environment where employees thrive and succeed. Pros: Supportive Culture: Intertape Polymer Group is not just a workplace; it's a supportive community that values each employee's growth. From day one, I've felt encouraged to pursue my career aspirations. Organized Structure: The company is exceptionally well-organized, which contributes significantly to our success. Clear processes and effective communication ensure that everyone is aligned and able to perform at their best. Tools for Success: Intertape Polymer Group provides us with great tools and resources to excel in our roles. Whether it's state-of-the-art technology or comprehensive training programs, they invest in our success. Work-Life Balance: Balancing work and personal life is prioritized here. While we are driven and dedicated to our work, there is a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Team Building: The company promotes a strong sense of camaraderie among employees. Team-building activities and collaborative projects enhance our professional relationships and contribute to a positive work environment.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any significant cons. Any challenges are minor and are far outweighed by the numerous positives of working here.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

Cons

Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
