      Pros

      Was a nice environment. Management was nice. They cared about safety and were quick to fix something if it was or could be a safety issue.

      Cons

      Very hectic even when employee count was low. Was urged to still run multiple machines when there weren't enough employees on shift.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
