Pros
A fast growing company with some opportunities for individuals prepared to work hard, Most of the upper management are actively engaged with staff. Turnover increases year on year Products are high quality In the most part and for most departments there is a decent level of flexibility People genuinely care about doing a good job.
Cons
Poor benefit options compared to comparable companies, pay is also less. Can be stagnant growth in some teams, many people stay a long time which on one hand is great but the lack of high Calibre recruits can lead to a lack of fresh ideas and not enough people having the skill set required,
