Management works hard in making the regular employees feel like their supported. No lip service: everyone works hard.

Right now it's hot on the floor, but drinks are provided for free and it a short lived situation. Pay is ok, not great.

They are very respectful when they discuss customer or vendor issues behind closed doors. They were willing to work with my schedule and it was nice talking with fellow employees and management.

Worked there 5 over years, took on many extra jobs roles and responsibilities. No pay raise in over 5 years; told them I wouldn't do the extra work anymore unless they paid me extra- continued doing my regular job. They fired me and told me over the phone that "we've accepted your resignation"; I applied for unemployment benefits- I was denied because they said I was "fired for insubordination". So if you need money, it's a job- but don't expect to build a career there, don't try to go above and beyond what you are supposed to do, and don't be surprised if they kick you on the way out.
