Pros
Core Values - Do the right thing, Sense of Urgency, Accountability, Gather and Grow Talent and Have Fun. I can say first hand that these core values are practiced all the way up to the highest levels within the company. These core values define who we are as a company. Interstate Restoration has offices from Hawaii to the East Coast, its teams and management adapt well to the different cultures and markets, this makes the team feel like family. Lastly, the company is goal oriented and wants to grow. In return, it gives its employees the chance to grow both personally and professionally within the company.
Cons
Not much to say here only that when trained on job management platforms/systems (software), the training was not as organized as it could be. But with a company trying to incorporate the best new technologies this is understandable. With that said, when I need assistance I can pick up the phone and there is always someone there to help.
