Great workplace - Programs Assistant Interstate Packaging Employee Review

The Company has the best production working conditions I have seen. Very clean, heated in the winter, air conditioning in the hotter weather. Very nice breakroom with a kitchen for the employees and breakroom overlooking a pond. Everyone is very friendly. Offers a great 401K and provides company uniforms at no cost.

It takes a couple weeks to get hired.

Nice facility. Management is friendly.

They under pay. Management while friendly is spineless and the inmates run the asylum. Working harder will only get you more work not any other advancements. While the guy next to you does half what you do and suffers no consequences.
