Pros
I have had a lot of opportunities to be cross trained through out the company to give me a solid understanding of the industry plus they have paid for additional training and certifications. It is a solid family owned business that is works hard to provide excellent customer service so I know that when I talk to a client, the work we discuss will be done well and I can maintain and build my relationship with the client.
Cons
It is an older, larger company has invested a lot of time and energy in keeping in front of the industry across the different components of the business. They probably aren't where they want to be yet in all of the areas, but they seem to know where they are going.
