The pay and benefits were better than average for the area, most likely because it is a Union shop and part of a very large parent company. Overall a good place to work.

Forced overtime often on short notice, can be extremely warm and steamy esp. during hotter months.

Site GM very strong strategically and tactically.

Line management and supervisors below the GM were a bit rough. Union presence is a distraction and makes doing business more difficult than it should be.
