Pros
I hear good things in other functional areas (not IT). There are good managers that listen to their employees.
Cons
This is related to the IT department. We have a negative and very competitive culture. It is not collaborative, and I believe this comes from the top. I don't feel like I can speak up and share my ideas because they will be dismissed by those that know it all. The attitude is very controlling and dismissive.
