Pros
I really like my co-workers. Upper management encourages growth and they hold an annual field day and an annual employee recognition day.
Cons
Most of the people in my group work 45 hours a week at the office and then work another 10 hours a week from home, meanwhile, we are not allowed any overtime. All of the other departments within Interstate are allowed flex time, work from home and unlimited sick time. We are not allowed these options because our CFO will not sign off on them.
