Pros
In general most of the people are friendly.
Cons
Over worked and underpaid, they believe in doing more with less and as a result one person has to wear many hats. They pay below what the market pays and they will let you know it. They will let their top talent leave without trying to keep them and as a result people start there get the experience and then leave for another company that pays them what they are worth. There is NO work/life balance NONE!
