      Pros

      Great boss. Minimal micromanaging. Reasonable hours for a store manager position. Great team and decent pay. I loved this job.

      Cons

      LOTS of heavy lifting. Occasional long hours. Interstate Batteries is struggling to stay competitive and I question its future. Limited advancement opportunities.
