Terrible company - Anonymous employee Interspace (Hong Kong) Employee Review

At Interspace, we have a strict non-discrimination policy, and we do not permit any form of bullying. Our three company directors have no rooms and sit amongst our teammates to ensure that we are easily available and can observe the team interactions. We treat our team like a family and are always willing to listen to feedback and make changes to ensure that everyone has a happy place to come every day. Due to the nature of the interior design and build business (unlike pure design consultancy), we cannot control the time schedule for bid invitations, and sometimes deadlines may be short. We try to balance our team's resources efficiently so that we can deliver quality submissions and win as many projects as possible, but this may mean we have to rush to complete things in a short period of time. While our working style may not have been a good match for you, we have a growing family of diverse, enthusiastic teammates, and we're looking forward to welcoming more in the coming year!
