Pros

The management team, particularly the HR department, is genuinely supportive and approachable. Permanent work-from-home policy is a major benefit, offering excellent work-life balance. Internet reimbursement and health insurance are provided, which adds to the employee-friendly policies. IT assets are delivered directly to employees’ homes, eliminating the need to visit the office for onboarding or setup.

Cons

Limited number of projects; once a project ends, there may not be another to transition into, leading to potential layoffs. Toxic work environment observed in certain teams, especially in one of the now-defunct retail projects. Project management in that project was extremely authoritarian, creating a culture of excessive micro-management and lack of autonomy. Team leads were often compelled to blindly follow the project manager’s instructions, contributing to a stressful and demotivating atmosphere. New joiners are advised to closely observe the work culture during the initial weeks; if signs of toxic behavior or micromanagement appear, it’s best to reconsider continuing.
