Pros
A few colleagues (not the majority) were genuinely great to work with.
Lots of coffee and snacks available.
Basic training requirements were covered.
Cons
Leadership was completely ineffective, creating constant frustration.
Due to leadership having a neverending nap, IT suppliers were essentially allowed to run the show. They exploited the lack of oversight, did whatever they wanted, and faced zero pushback.
There was essentially no support when issues arose.
A majority of managers just “went with it,” showing little initiative or willingness to improve anything.
