      Pros

      Our employees are one team. It is the friendliest one I've ever worked with. Everyone is helpful and responsive. You get things done very quickly. The management is fair. You can easily talk to a senior executive because there are no barriers.

      Cons

      Global company - challenging to get immediate answers when needed due to time zones involved.

      Pros

      Small U.S. team works closely together, great communication. Dedicated employees and management. Expectations are high but employees are treated with respect and allowed to work independently. Management is easy to talk to and cares about employees.

      Cons

      The usual communication/time zone challenges of working with a global company.
