      Pros

      Veiligheid staat hoog in het vaandel en er wordt dan ook veel aandacht aan besteed. HR zit goed op de rit.

      Cons

      Communicatie is zeer slecht en management mist compleet de verbinding met processing. Geluisterd naar goede ideeën wordt er niet, alleen korte termijn denken om targets te halen. Veel kansen blijven onbenut om problemen voor klanten écht goed op te lossen.

      This is a company that demands quality and rewards you when it’s produced. You’ll be explained your responsibilities and goals clearly and you’ll be provided a framework to meet realistic expectations. It’s up to you to work diligently and make an impact. I had three positive years at First Security Service and look back on the experience fondly.

      High expectations may scare some people off.
