      The money was good for what the role was.

      Cons

      Boring. Very boring. No atmosphere. Not engaging to be there at all. Managers are very young and don’t know processes.

      This is a company that demands quality and rewards you when it’s produced. You’ll be explained your responsibilities and goals clearly and you’ll be provided a framework to meet realistic expectations. It’s up to you to work diligently and make an impact. I had three positive years at First Security Service and look back on the experience fondly.
