      Good pay, good products and services Good people working there Good product training and position training Ability to move up

      Cons

      Tons of turnover, tons of change leading to stress trickling down from upper management, no support from upper management. Tons of company politics. The retail side is a mess. No communication between departments.

      Amazing culture, genuinely kind co-workers, an leadership that makes intentional decisions with the whole credit union in mind. Would highly recommend to anyone!
