Pros
Onsite gym, nice office, good business idea/concept, great development/qa team, excellent office manager.
Cons
Only a handful number of employees have admin access to their laptops, Agile process is not implemented, HR is not very helpful, Platform is not robust, inconsistent design, too many ambiguities and flaws.
