Very low pay compared to the industry average, and they made it sound like I would get a pay increase after 6 months. The job title stated that I was in a training role, but within my 6 months, I was handling 12 client accounts and expected to figure it out.

Faced times of micromanagement from management & times where management would not answer questions or review my work so that I could move forward.
Got an exceptional performance review, yet no pay increase.
Was accused of lying about work and doing other activities during work hours, which was not the case.
Overall, the company expects its employees to handle a lot of work for very little pay. The management was very hot and cold. Super nice one day, and rude the next. I wouldn't recommend this job unless you're desperate for a digital marketing opportunity. The new leadership business model is absolutely tanking the company.
