      i loved everyone I worked with, including the director.

      Cons

      the pay was low compared to other language schools. pay was similar to a call center pay, even though as teachers we had to spend time lesson planning

      Administration is incredibly supportive and always willing to help instructors. There is truly a team spirit that permeates the entire organization at every level.
