Pros

Diverse, energetic and knowledgeable staff. Generous rewards to everyone through shares awards. Visionary senior management. Quick response to market changes and upgrading of product offerings. Flexible work hours. Nice office – great view. The company operates subsidiaries in 23 countries (as of summer 2014) and you get to interact with people in four continents.

Cons

Despite the fact that many employees were laid off then, the company now has recovered, replaced its work force, enjoys growth and has set the ground for a promising future. Internal communications across all continents could be improved.

Pros

Met some great people there. Few years ago there were some career opportunities, I'm not sure it's still possible. Pays salaries on time (which in Greece, especially nowadays is an advantage!)

Cons

No long term strategy for the product development and sale which results in chaotic organization and poor management of the resources as well as unethical business decisions that bring in quick cash but harm the brand. Basically absent managerial skills among higher management, zero communication and respect for employees. Skilled employees are working hard but they never get the glory, only the blame. The higher management are treated like VIPs, while the employees like numbers that can be easily erased and replaced. Very poor communication between two main departments, as if there were two companies within one.

Pros

You will meet some very good and bright engineers Tech wise above the industry median There is some room for initiative

Cons

Deteriorating morale, job insecurity due to frequent and large scale layoffs Management unaware of of what engineers are working on Work culture is horrible. Engineers are treated like orcs where as the upper managers are considered the "chosen ones" (actual quote!!). Some managers can be completely replaced by carbon boxes with the same results Too much behind the scenes backstabbing and managers bringing their own incompetent siblings/friends to do the job and later get promoted (typical Greek environment).
