Pros
They'll hire you because of your skills, but the management expects much more. Often, it's work outside your job description, so opportunities for learning and growth abound. Management and employees work together, so you learn from the best. Employees work without strict supervision. They sometimes make decisions and take responsibility for the consequences. The chance to steer progress motivates high achievers, but those who don't have the ability to speak well are left behind even with a sharp mind and great ideas. There’s pressure to meet the client's expectations all the time. Pride in growing the client's business and sharing in its ups and downs creates a tight-knit team.
Cons
There is high level of negativity and dissatisfaction as the employees are not treated well by the management. Often the CEO forgets what he discussed in the previous meeting and when employees takes certain actions based on the meetings he would reprimand them for the decision. So if you join this company make sure that you document every thing that you discuss with the CEO so that later he don't blame you for the actions/tasks/instructions. Also, you can forget your social life as this is only meant for the CEO. He is most of the times roaming around the world networking to create his own brand image forgetting the goals of the company and employee's need. All the other employees are expected to work 365 days 24/7 and with the profit the CEO takes 3-4 vacations in Canada every year so you can forget salary hike because there is always no money even though they have good clients. One last thing, you can forget your final payment at the time of leaving as they never give it back to you. Another cunning management trick is that they will send you a legal notice if you join any other organization so that you forget about your remaining balance. There are many more cons like the washrooms are not clean, location of the company is in Madangir which is not a safe place for girls, no sexual harrasment policy, no workplace policy, no gender equality policy, project managers are treated like slaves, designers and content writers are treated even worse. Only 2 people in the management and both of them are not professional. The try to play the good cop and the bad cop but everyone is aware about the game plan. In short you can take this opportunity if you want to start somewhere, get some experience and move to a new company as quickly as possible. Those who are stuck are stuck forever.
