Pros
- Relatively steady pay for part time & great benefits after 3 months. - Very hands on & transparent trainers/managers, who are willing to teach you if you show you're willing to learn. -if you have a problem or need help - the whole office has you're back, regardless of rank, department, etc. (Literally everyone I asked has accepted to help or directed me to someone who can). - Great chance to learn about the very exciting telecom industry and in terms of my own opinion of the market, Internet Lightspeed offers a very great internet product with amazing value.
Cons
There is some drama and other people's personalities clash, however it has not impeded my ability to work productively. Also, most are genuinely nice people, so if you find your bunch, you'll be set for some good times.
