      learnt a lot from IIJ, lots of vendor & products used, directions change a lot if you want to learn and quite fast-paced will fits well

      Cons

      quite high workload and the ladder to managerial level is though becasue most of the tops are filled with japanese, while non-japanese absolutely can't reach GM
