Pros
Pay is great
Working hours, even at their fullest possible, are still good (25 hours a week) with the work day starting after lunch
Staff are extremely supportive, especially the admin/HR team - Ha, Alex and Sue were amazing when it came to handling everything from visas to bank accounts to phone numbers
Cons
Holidays a little inflexible - you're constrained more or less to taking your holiday in line with the international school holidays (christmas + half term I think)
Nothing that major otherwise
