One particular AM treats everyone like dirt, even fellow managers, and they let him get away with this bad behavior because he has captured a few high payout clients. Very sad and pathetic. They have lost hundreds of employees due to ill-treatment by this one particular manager. Everyone knows it, but they are too scared to say anything.
