Pros
Structure with flatten hierarchy, Empowerment, Emphasis on individual's responsibilities. Note: The year I have selected for "last year at employer" field is not correct because the option in the menu field is limited.
Cons
The communications with the Singapore office (before it was closed down) was not so good. But I think it's nobody's fault. I would have made the same business decision to shutdown the Singapore's office if I was the manager in the HQ, USA, considering all the factors.
