Pros
1. good team work among capable engineers, easy to get alone. 2. great place to learn first hand how power device are made. 3. good engineering support. FA and production probe teams are very helpful, easy to work with (if you're nice too) 4. some managers are vary capable and great to work with.
Cons
1. top management need to put priority on development. 2. cost cuttings gone too far sometimes. 3. some manager need to understand engineering stress.
