Lots of opportunities to learn whatever field is of interest (mechanical, electrical, process controls, operations.etc)

Weak leadership, industry specific experience except on boilers and water treatment Heavily mismanaged Not inclusive of people not from immediate area (i.e 2 hour driving radius), not to mention from other cultures
