I started my career here. I was hired at a starting salary, but the experience was good, and I worked with a lot of cool people. Simple IRA was very nice, and the company used to match, bonus was awesome!

Low salary, not a lot of room to move up the chain, high turnover, could get stressful with events, job could get boring at times.

The educational experiences from the conferences and events were invaluable. Travelling both domestically and internationally was exciting and enlightening from a cultural perspective.

It was a small company with not much room for upward mobility and there was limited support for professional development.
