Pros
-The people who are at the same level as you are very supportive and helpful and make work enjoyable. -Hours can be flexible depending on your manager -Plenty of vacation, holiday and personal days off -Lots of opportunity to learn and be exposed to tasks that are generally completed by employees in a higher level position than you. -Nice 10 building campus -Some of the management is very supportive and care about their employees (typically the female ones or the males who aren't a believer of the old school boys approach to management).
Cons
-If you prefer to have a working condition where your manager/management team respect, value and listen to your ideas, this is NOT the company for you. -If a certain decision makes sense to you and is a no brainer to moving forward with it, don't except it to happen. Management tends to make decisions that make working conditions worse and causes processes to take longer than they originally did. -This is a very old school boy’s team world. Management is dominated by males and they make decisions on what's best for them and their friend’s vs. the company they work for. -The culture is very depressing, I see my peers trying to keep positive attitudes but majority of management makes working conditions unbearable.
