Navistar - Engineering Manager International Employee Review

Middle management is a big fog - they prevent things from flowing down or up. Many are secretive, from the "old" Navistar or Ford, where politicing got them ahead. I think top management wants more of an open forum, but they won't get it with the middle as it is. Company is in transition - no room for moving up until company stock improves.
