Pros
Good wages, comfortable environment, opportunities for advancement. Onsite walking paths, putting green, basketball hoops. Outdoor grilling every Friday, lots of menu options. Coworkers are helpful and friendly. Mentoring opportunities. A couple of the buildings have parking garages.
Cons
As with all corporations, there is some secrecy among management... lots of closed-door discussions. Change occurs often and is expected. Just work hard and prove your worth.
