Pros
Great heritage, great products, and some really terrific people. There are a lot of people who are trying to make the company better, but those people are not being listened to.
Cons
Upper management is solely focused on getting product out the door, rather than slowing down and getting every detail right. Being competitive is enough for them, but when you're down on market share you have to exceed expectations and the culture at Navistar is "good enough". There's also a lack of accountability for when people drop the ball or processes are not working.
