      Employees are from diverse backgrounds.

      Cons

      This is a company with double standards. Seniors employees get accommodated, when needed; they are allowed to work fully remotely, full or part time. I was given a hell when I asked for the exact same accommodation due to a need of childcare for my children, and I found myself forced to quit. Double standards - seniors vs regular employees.

      Pros

      you learn alot quickly and have way more responsibilities than if you were somewhere else. You will never be bored and if you are, you're doing something wrong
