Pros
It used to be a good company to work for, but because of financial difficulties, a large percentage of the people have been laid off or found other opportunities. It had above average benefits for health and dental care that exceeded most companies around Ottawa. Great team of people to work with, including an in house exercise room, with showers.
Cons
The company had potential to grow with new products, however this didn't materialize. There is a small potential that it could be bought by a larger organization, but at present it is not a place to recommend.
