      Pros

      I enjoy a very peaceful job working remotely and attend one meeting per week. Most of the communication I have with people is e-communication. I receive work and return it done with no assistance, get bonuses, and enjoy a good salary with great benefits. I love my boss and coworkers.

      Good non-profit to work for based on salary and other compensation.

      Cons

      Leadership is concerning. Unfortunately, there a very strong evangelical lean at the very top of leadership that may impact their decisions.
