      If you want to get called in for everyone else’s hours then this is the right job for you

      Cons

      Horrible management other staff would call out literally every time using being in as a excuse military manager wouldn’t pick up the phone when you had a question and yelled at you on a voice mail if you didn’t answer trying to force you to work shifts you weren’t scheduled for.

      Working security you have a lot of the responsibility of law enforcement with none of the authority
