Pros

-Remember working with some good people. -Worked from home, so hours were pretty good. -Good experience out of college. -I enjoyed speaking with the CEO, she is very ambitious and intelligent. (Have some criticisms of her below)

Cons

-While a few employees were fun, intelligent people to work with, most were just lazy and hired by an awful sales manager. He was fired a few months after I joined the company. -The product is all over the place. CEO is extremely creative and hard working, but lacks the ability to differentiate "wants" vs. "needs. -With above being said, the product simply isn't feasible for large organizations, or as a competitor to existing services. -Poor business model. By being a site for interns, you eliminate a MASSIVE amount of potential users. Critical mass for the product is probably impossible to meet. -Poor pay. Poor company communication.

Pros

Shared offices with Mark Gordon Co. a very exciting production company. The idea behind the company is good, so it may be successful and have room for growth.

Cons

Management was disastrous. Employees were under-utilized, often spending weeks on a project that would be scrapped. Lots of office politics for a small company, no interest in employee input or morale
