      My manager is excellent, the pay seems fair for the area, and the benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      The health benefits are pretty expensive and it sounds like it's hard to get in to see a doctor

      Some people are cliquey, but thats everywhere. New techs can be left our to dry if you dont have experience doing some of the skills
