No micromanagement. Company paid health insurance. 401k with good match. Above average compensation. Work/Life Balance.

Cons

Competitive industry. Somewhat seasonal work (busier in summer/winter).

Pros

Good pay, Some of the mid level management actually cares.

Cons

the new owners do NOT care at all about the employees. Some mid level management is awful, specifically in the call center. Loyalty is meaningless here. No matter how loyal you may be, the company owes you nothing, and they act like it.
