I’ve been a therapist at Intermountain Children Services for a few months now, and I find my work with children and families in the Flathead Valley to be incredibly fulfilling. The pay is fair, and I appreciate the flexibility in my schedule, which helps me balance work and personal life.

While there’s room for improvement in communication, especially for those of us not based at the main office, I’m encouraged by the positive changes brought about by the new leadership. It’s clear that the company is committed to evolving and enhancing the work environment.

Pay was decent compared to other agencies due to them providing 3-6% raises per year
